Super professional - lots of options! I have used Cascade Summit insurance for my own small business and they were wonderful. The process to get set up was made quick and easy by Kelly Tamerius. Over the years, if I had a question, Kelly was easy to get ahold of and very knowledgeable. I also work in personal insurance myself as an agent, and I frequently direct some of my own clients to Cascade for their commercial insurance options. I have only ever received positive feedback from those referrals. Cascade gets my 100% approval!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I do NOT recommend this company. Their employee Dee Brown was very rude and hung up on me. I was able to get a hold of the owner Jay Schrader but he didn't apologize for his employee's action. Very disappointed that I gave them my business for years! Very glad that I moved to a different company because I just saved over $1600 a year with other insurance company. Definitely do not use them unless you don't mind the horrible customer service and wasting your money.
