STAY AWAY !!! from this unprofessional insurance company. I had a call today from one of the agents to help one of our mutual clients ( I am a professional home inspector ) I explain that I am doing an inspection if she can please email whatever she needed ( That was too hard for her ) She then explained to me had me on the phone to tell me what the issue was that the panels for the window were outside and needed verification. I told her to please email me. She then calls my client to let him know what the issue was. It was too hard to email me directly. Then my client calls me to fix the wind and to call this company to verify if the 4-point was OK. Because of the day before, they requested a toilet valve shutoff, a picture to bee added to the 4-point. Nobody Knows English in this compan
