I think the negative reviews were for a different insurance company. This insurance company cares about their injured workers. Nothing but compassion and caring to get them back from catastrophic injuries.
WORST insurance company in the world. As a professional dealing with many insurance companies, this is by far the worst. They never pay the senior community benefits. They deem everything as "not medically necessary," in order to not pay. They break their contracts with providers from one day to the next in order to not pay. Stay far away.
