I am leaving this review in hope that someone from Caresource will contact me and fix this billing issue. In an effort to fix it myself I have called their number and been transferred to the Philippines 6 times in 2 day. All 6 times I spoke with someone different and they were unable to connect me with the person from the previous call. Two times I was disconnected from the call. I also called healthcare.gov several times to try and fix this issue. As you can see in the attached photo I am due a Premium Tax Credit starting with the first payment for January. When I received the invoice the tax credit was not deducted. I went ahead and paid only the $279.58 and now have a notice I am overdue and need to pay the remaining $851. Healthcare.gov has assured me Caresource has received th

Common Ground Healthcare Co-Op recently was brought under CareSource. Since then, the drung formulary has changed, and they are not covering my medication now. My doctor did an appeal, but it was denied. I tried to fill out their extranal review request on the website I was directed to with their denial letter, but it kept rejecting my submission because I was using chararcters it would not accept but did not say which (capitals, lowecase, punctuation, and numbers). I called the new CareSource number, and the person trying to help me said there is nothing she can do except submit a ticket to IT, and hopefully they will get back to me. The person I talked to was very pleasant; she had me try using only one space after periods and elminating dashes in phone nunes, but she was not empow

Oh wow. Not a good place according to reviews. I'm in Nevada and got a packet from this place today. Not sure what it's all about because since getting a able bodied letter I subsequently went into Welfare AND TERMINATED both Snap and Medicaid benefits. Health insurance is all about the money nothing else. You get treated like a nuisance a waste of time doesn't matter if you have issues or not. I see that they replied. As I said I'm in Nevada not Ohio. I've been literally begging for a job at times. Being unemployed for 10 years now doesn't help. I'm 60 so ageism is a thing. I got the message LOUD and CLEAR that I'm not worth medical care or food. BUT I have paid my dues! I've had to deal with a lot of nastiness on one job or another including injuries that went uncared for. It's al

should be more responsive as they claim to be a non profit ( read taxx advantages) available to address needs of "low income" members- fyi you've failed miserably at that. To keep sending forms and web links and instructions is not helpful. I am not clear on whatever it is you do (besides making tons of money)? But working in Healthcare is not your Forte.
