Claims for date of service in 07/2025 that STILL have not been processed... every time I call they say it'll be another 30-45 days. It has been "escalated" 3 times but no resolution. No call back after they promise to call me back same day, this has happened 4+ times.

I have reached out many of times over the last week as well as my employer with no response. I have been promised an email, received no email, requested a call back from a supervisor, no call back. All while I pay out of my pocket for this company to ensure myself and my child. Absolutely horrible service

CareFirst Administrator is the best health insurance ever. All the customer service representatives are amazing, and among them, the best one is Mindy. I wish I knew her full name, but she is truly exceptional—kind, respectful, and responsible. I believe every company needs someone like Mindy, who is a symbol of humanity. Also want to thank Dana W for her great help. Dana and Mindy are the most kindest and helpful people.

Horrible automated system. Very difficult to get information. Sometimes, a warm body is needed. No stars.

Terrible website experience — have to call customer service every single time to get any answers to status of claims. Provider directory search sucks too
