They see my previous claim—the only one I filed in five years of paying for their services—as a financial burden that outweighs my contributions to them during that timeframe. This would be comparable to me saying that during the four years I didn’t need their services, they should have reimbursed me, as I was paying for services I technically didn’t require during that timeframe. You don’t want to pay for this, but you should. This is for when your agency comes after you on trumped up allegation or when they make a mountain out of a mole hill. Lucky for me I never needed it, but it gave me peace of mind knowing I had it. And I did on many occasions witness my agency go after people. They use their lawyers, you need a lawyer too and this will provide great coverage. Spend the money as a cost of working.
