I am new to Philadelphia and immediately upon arrival I was lucky enough to find Capozzi Real Estate. They are extremely professional, attentive and truly care about their clients. I am currently renting one of their properties in South Philly and am so grateful that we fell into their hands. The property owners were slow to react to issues in the house initially but Capozzi Real Estate immediately stepped in and sent a great contractor to fix things. We have delt with holes in walls, basement flooding and a laundry list of other things and each time they have responded quickly and efficiently. They have a sincere investment in the community and it shows through their work ethic. We truly recommend them.
