Horrible customer service. I'm an existing Erie homeowner's customer, and Ken Forti is my agent. I emailed him multiple times and got no reply. I called his office, which isn't an office, just a team of remote workers. I left several messages without a single call back from Ken Forti. I called Erie's headquarters and told them my story. They directed me to call my agent's office in their infinite wisdom. Really? Ultimately, I just cancelled my one homeowners policy and started four new policies for auto, two homes, and an umbrella policy elsewhere.
