I've been in contact with Gary from Capital City a few times since late 2023. My father passed and I became the caregiver for my mother and the home she has/had with my father. I've never been a homeowner, so this has been uncharted territory for me. Gary initially helped me with getting the homeowners policy over to the new mortgage company that took over the loan just days after my dad's passing. He recently educated me and guided me to resolve issues that were going to prevent a policy renewal.
