Capital Blue Cross

Our company has CBC health and dental, and the customer service isn't great. People on the phone tell you different things than the email support. Responses are very unhelpful and vague. There was a month or so where I couldn't even get a hold of someone via messages on their website. Their coverage in nh (and in general) is also not great. Thought this would be as good as blue cross blue shield but it isn't. If there are better options, go elsewhere.
