These folks are awesome. I have had my auto and home with them for many years and so did my father before me. Even once when I left for a temporarily better deal on auto with Liberty Mutual, the next year when it went through the roof, they found me a plan even better than I had the year before with Liberty Mutual. And any issues with homeowners, they have called Allstate on my behalf and taken care of any issues. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called to obtain a certificate of insurance and the agent must have mistaken me for a telemarketer because of my pleasant voice, so he hung up on me, not even giving me a chance to state the nature of my call. He then proceeded to send me to voicemail (which sounds like it was recorded on a cassette tape from the 90s, and doesn't even receive messages) or not answer the business phone after I called several times. I had to use a co-worker's cell phone to call back. This time, the same gentleman answered the phone, but didn't say hello or anything. I could hear him breathing on the phone while I tried to explain the nature of my call for a second time. He hung up after about 60 seconds. I can only imagine how he would treat you as a customer if I was treate

Its great they can re-run you through the system and get you a lower rate every six months.
