The insurance agent is never there to take your payment. I have to usually go there 3 times,before I can give her my premium. She's been there once,in the last 7 months,when I went to pay. I just went and got a new policy with Allstate. I can't risk not having my insurance paid on time; because I can't depend on her.
Courteous and professional! I have always received excellent service here, and the building is so well maintained.
Been with them for over 30 yrs.
