I’ve had a frustrating experience with Burnette Insurance Agency regarding my late mother’s car insurance policy. I contacted them in May to lower the bill since my mother hadn’t driven the vehicle in over two years. Instead of addressing my concerns, the agent I spoke with, David Digby, used sales language that was hard to understand, and ultimately the charges seemed to go up rather than down. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this issue, I’ve been ignored and received no helpful responses from Safeco either. I’m very disappointed with the lack of clear communication and assistance. I hope this review prompts the agency to improve their customer service and handle these kinds of situations with more understanding in the future.
