Bad service, they tell you one price for your insurance and when you get ready to pay the price changes. I had full coverage on my car and when I had a claim a year ago with progressive they gave me the run around and still have not fixed my car. Auto insurance is nothing but a scam.

came right after work to get a policy based on an email i recieved and was told they dont write polices after 4pm and I dont get off until 4- the man looked at me and said “sorry” and walked to the back. That was disgusting. I live in Madison- just moved here, dont know my way around and this was unprofessional and rude. Glad I saw a reason to no longer be interested BEFORE giving them my money. Doesnt recommend.

A while back a family member needed insurance for her very first car. She was watching her pennies, so Budget Insurance found a good company with low rates, pointed her to the right kind of coverage, and took care of everything. It was easy. It's a small business so we received very good service.

I mean a few of the staff was cool. Their lack of communication between customers is diabolical though. I got so many mixed information conversations between two employees it was nuts. Aside from the frustration, they are pretty prone to helping you find affordable insurance, which is a plus.

They compare rates from multiple companies then get you the best rate. Located across from back entrance to Costco on Pulaski Pike. It's a small house turned office. Been w them for years. Highly recommend
