Buckner Insurance

I recently canceled all my insurance policies with this agency. While I wasn't happy with the insurance company, I also agree with Slayer of Deer in that it's highly disappointing when you hope you have found an insurance agent that will take care of your needs when in an auto accident. It is very hard to reach anyone as they either come in late or leave early. I was in a no fault accident and needed to have my insurance company subrogate a claim for me. When I called the agency for help I was given the number to call for claims. I thought agencies would take care of this type of issue and not leave it up to the insured to do all the legwork. I recently canceled all my policies that I’ve had with Buckner insurance. I’ve been with them for several “decades “ and I had a numerous amount of policies (several Life, auto and home). I liked the family approach (which they are all family members) and inclusion they previously provided. They always treated customers as much more than a number. For whatever the reason, Over the past couple years things have just changed in regards to customer service. In the past they had that extended “ you’re part of our family “ attitude. NO LONGER. Now it’s apparent they see you as a client only, and that is obvious when corresponding with them. It can be heard in their voice and approach to your needs. I recently bundled my home and auto through Buckner Insurance and had a great experience. They were super easy to work with, explained everything clearly, and found me better coverage at a lower price. It feels good to actually understand what I’m paying for. Highly recommend them!

Everyone in the office is super friendly, there rates are very competitive with other agencies but those other agencies cannot come close to there customer service which is 5 stars. God forbid you have to file a claim, but if you do, one call to them is all you need to do. They'll handle the rest, and walk you through the process. I've had first hand experience with them as I was a disaster relief contractor who has done work for there clients. So I got to hear about all the great experiences they had with Buckner as their agency during their claim process. That goes a long ways in today's market.
