My parents just experience what I don't want anyone else who is being represented by Bryant Hafen. They had a dishwasher that had a crack in the drainage hose that leaked each time it drained(not a constant leak) and caused significant damage in the kitchen area. Adjuster came and documented it as a constant leak. Adjuster didn't even know where the leak was coming from, didn't even pull the dishwasher out to see anything, but falsley documented it as a constant leak without even seeing a leak. My parents where denied a claim and had to fork it out of their own pocket. $12,000.00 Bryant DID NOT represent them correctly and the insurance company got their way. I have been using State Farm for many years and I have really liked them as my auto insurance team. I recently purchased a new car and I spoke with Sasha in switching my policy around to include my new car. Sasha was so sweet and quick in getting everything squared away. Like literally minutes and she had all the new quotes for the new vehicle. Not to mention, she emailed my card and new policy info while I was on the phone. I don’t usually leave reviews but Duncan helped me save a substantial amount of money with incredible attention to detail I had to post a 5 star. I honestly feel like 5 isn’t enough.
