So I was looking at the calendar on my wall when I saw that I had an Allstate payment due ONE day before my paycheck so I called my local agent to ask if one day would put me in the dog house. They say it would be okay so I paid within twenty four hours of the due date. Which was sweet music to my ears & wallet.

I ordered my policy online and when I was in a no fault accident I had lots of questions. I called and spoke with Miss Jackie and even though they weren't my agency she took the time to explain everything to me. I ended up filing a claim with Allstate and the claim process was so fast that I was able to get a new car less than a week after opening the claim! I called Miss Jackie back and added my new car and asked how to make them my agency of choice. Her knowledge and kindness during an incredibly stressful situation was so appreciated. I'm an Allstate member for life ❤️
