DO NOT TRUST BROWN MCNERNEY JOHNSON INSURANCE WITH ANYTHING YOU CARE ABOUT! This company has been a complete nightmare to deal with. They have dropped the ball on multiple occasions, putting my family and all of our assets at serious risk. Most recently, our mortgage company informed us that our homeowner's insurance had been cancelled—and we had no idea! We have made three calls and sent an email to Brown McNerney Johnson over the past four days, and they gone completely unanswered. No response, no explanation, nothing.
