Farm Bureau Financial Services: Keith Hennessey

Keith has been our agent since 1998. He has always been there to answer my questions and has always been personally involved in any claims we’ve had. We’ve always appreciated his professional approach and the personal service.

Keith appeared to have experience in all aspects of my insurance needs. He explained my options throughly. Between the two of us we devised the best plan of attack for my insurance needs. Plus by combining home and auto saved me some $$. My Mother and Father have been with Farm Bureau for many years. My Mother filed a claim in 2020 on hail and wind damage. And while others are still fighting to get insurance companies to pay up. My Mother's roof on the house and garage have been totally replaced in 2020. I will admit I have priced shopped your company a few times, I found some rates a little lower. We have a. Great agent , if I have questions or concerns I email and Keith Hennessey answers within a hour during working hours. After hours he back to you by morning. Even on week end. We see him once a year in person either at his office or our home. If a accident happens gets us to the person and alway checksum back to make sure you were taken care of. Customer service is one of our top priorities and Farm Bureau is excellent at this.
