I stayed with Brown and Brown because I liked my agent Brown and Brown decided to sell my account or transfer it to a different agent without asking me if I mind it. I could understand if my agent left the company or retired. I am now shopping Insurance to see if I get a better rate since I have to start all over with a new agent
