My advocate Ondraya has been absolutely wonderful. At a time when I am most vulnerable she has made the entire process painless (when I am in constant physical pain). Working with her has been a blessing. She deserves a raise!

These people are nasty thieves, they charged me to represent my dependent. The Gag is they weren’t suppose too. They then took my 2800 dollars that was owed to me after they “realized” what they did and sent it to the government. I only received half of my refund. They then sent me in circles for 6 months between them and the SSA office. Only to tell me they sent both checks together and if I didn’t get it. Oh well! Dealing with them has been agonizing in this three year process. You’re better off doing it yourself.

The absolute worst! We retain them March 2023. We provided all the requested documentation and followed up with them one to two times a month. Only to be informed that Social Security is backed up and has not processed the claim yet. September 2023 we were informed that Social Security dropped the ball, which was false, and we had to start the entire process over again. we completed the online application and unfortunately continued to retain brown and brown as our advocate. They never followed up with us one time. We spoke to, and dealt with Social Security ourselves on a regular basis. We were finally approved February 2024 and it surely was not due to brown and brown advocating for us. However, they did collect about a $3000 check at the end for doing absolutely no work. USELESS. Like others are saying, you will have to do all the legwork, contacting doctors, providing all visit info and diagnoses, Rxs etc. After about 6 months I receive a call from the SSA (very unusual) telling me that Brown & Brown has botched my application so badly and we now need to start all over. Wait time for benefits is 2.5 years. That is 6 months you can't get back because of their laziness and incompetence.

Took 1 1/2 years. Everything is easy to submit online. The patient portal was a great way to communicate and they responded to my questions promptly.
