Filled out a request for a quote and never heard back. It’s been over a month and I decided to go elsewhere

Make sure to do your research thoroughly before spending any money with Commercial Coverages. I foolishly signed a new homeowner's policy with them, and was bullied into a rather exorbitant amount of money. The issue was, my paperwork wasn't handled properly showing proof of past insurance coverage and my new insurer threatened to cancel my coverage. Commercial's Kelly Thompson [my rep] refused to take responsibility and instead, faulted me, which was hysterical. I copied Dana Syens on an email, but she was just as unprofessional and did not return my calls or emails. When things don't go right, don't count on Commercial to help you, but rather count of them to instantly take their commissions.

Like the previous customer, I had a similar experience with Commercial Coverages with handling all of my paperwork. They made sure they charged my account, but then when an issue arose with my new insurer, they couldn't be counted on. I advised Commercial I would follow up with a complaint to the Division of Insurance for Florida for handling things so sloppily. Just awful to deal with.
