Terrible service. They can't even manage to answer questions, let alone help with a claim. They won't answer the phone, sign you up with the company of your choice or return calls, and if you actually NEED them in the event of a claim dispute, don't hold your breath. Their catch phrase is, "I can't help you with that, you'll have to call -insert your insurance company's name here-". It may sound like that's the party line they should be giving you, but when your insurer is low-balling you on your claim and you're forced to find out from the State Insurance Commissioner's office that you've been being charged more than you should be and Brickley should've known better, it's time to find a better company. It took us 2 months to sign with our new insurer due to Brickley's unwillingness to do
