Dan and Angela are unbelievable people. They’ve done so much for me over the years anytime I need an insurance certificate at the last minute. They’re there till it gets done. They never let me down good people.

They’ve been really responsive (especially Jennifer) with my requests while a client and equally as responsive after I sold my homes and needed information for my taxes.

While handling my account, they did a fairly good job, but now that I am not using them for insurance, they have dragged their feet and dodged my calls/emails for ONE simple loss run requested. I had to request the loss run through the carrier which is out of the order of operation as Briceland is supposed to send the request.

They were very helpful in my 2 weeks of unsuccessful attempts to contact insurance agency. They gave me a name and number for claims and it went right through.

Would never do business with them again. Not professional, Even the owner. I Found a better more qualified business to go with.
