Brian Pawlik - State Farm Insurance Agent

My son has State Farm. Even though he's a adult with asperger's, I worry all the time. He's very smart and extremely kind. He likes his agents, they take good care of him. He was in a terrible accident and his car was totaled. His frist accident in 20 years. State farm took care of everything. I learned don't cancel your insurance, even if you don't have a car to drive anymore. I have to just trust my son he knows what best for him and I definitely agree it's State farm. He's back on the road again.

I was with State Farm for 2 years, insuring two cars and a homeowner's policy. After filing a comprehensive claim for a broken windshield due to highway pebbles, they reported it as an at-fault accident. This caused my rate to increase significantly (1.5x). When I inquired, they attributed it to inflation, but it was clear their reporting was incorrect. Frustrated with the lack of resolution, I switched to a different agent. He reacted aggressively, undermining the new agent's abilities, which was completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend him at all.

I had a very disappointing experience with this agent. He seemed completely unprepared and lacked understanding of his responsibilities. It felt like he was guessing rather than providing expert guidance. I would strongly recommend finding a more competent agent for your needs.

It's always nice to talk to Brian or Kara for hassle free insurance. Over 15 years they have taken care of my insurance needs as well as my father's. so I trust them. Highly recommend!!

it's been 2 days... ive left 2 msgs... I have 2 cars a house and an RV Brian is my agent... he apperently is too busy to call me back why have an agent if you can't get ahold of them... im begining to wonder
