Brian Nearpass - State Farm Insurance Agent

I was a Nearpass customer for ten years. But after multiple missed payments, incorrect claim advice, and forcing me to come in for a life insurance conversation only to then have to sign everything electronically, I got fed up and finally switched agents. Only to find recently that for all those years, my vehicles had been *incorrectly insured*, missing out on discounts in the process, and paying more than I should have been, for less coverage. While the staff are very nice, they forced me to make payments through their process. Now I can make them online automatically through State Farm and never miss a payment. They seem to want everything to require an in-person interaction with them, as if that will make you think you need them to do insurance business. In the end, it made me realiz

Go elsewhere and save a headache. No customer service. After 30 some years of being a customer they will drop you for your 1st ticket. Would not insure our new place because of apparently Roundup is not good enough for them. Also have had trouble over the years will inconsistent billing. Wondering what insurance is even for if you pay thousands of dollars into it for years and years and when something happens they will drop you? They sure want your money on time but don't care when something happens. We finally decided to drop them. Best part about switching I'm saving $30 a month even with the ticket.

This insurance company is like no other I’ve worked with, and not in a good way. After inquiring multiple times to have my insurance proof sent to my finance company, I was threatened by my finance company to add secondary insurance to my account, as the team could not be bothered to send the paperwork. Maybe a lack of communication, but definitely a noteworthy error on their part. I also added business insurance to my policy for my business and ended up canceling and almost 4 months later still have not received a refund. I have worked with many insurance companies over the years for business, as well as auto and have never had such poor service from an agent like this. I will not be a return customer. I’ve had multiple policies with Brian and his team for the past 8+ years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. In an industry where frustrations seem to arise frequently, I’ve never experienced anything less than great customer service.

Only place I've been for state farm but there really nice people and work hard to help :)
