Brian King - State Farm Insurance Agent

I'm not a State Farm client, but I needed their assistance to sign some Life Insurance claims documents. Shiree took the time to call their Life Company and assist in the entire process. By right, I was supposed to deal with my deceased moms agent, but it's all the way in Chicago, and I didn't have enough time to wait on the agent to mail the documents to me, to sign and mail back. Shiree was friendly, helpful, and compassionate. Yall have a good office rep their. Im an insurance agent also, and have my own brokerage. If I wasn't already in the business, and have my own policies, I would definitely have the Brian King State Farm as my choice for an insurance agency. Keep up the good work up there.

Shiree Malone is super helpful and truly makes you feel like she is willing to go to the ends of the earth to get the job done. I have always had a wonderful experience with State Farm and everyone in Brian’s office over the years but this woman is sent from above!

I just began a new policy with State Farm and Heather helped me do it in a flash! I had an odd combination of circumstances but she handled everything brilliantly and quickly.
