Alfa Insurance - Johnson & Looney Agency

I have had Alfa insurance for about 15 years or more. The staff is very friendly. There are places online and locally that say they have cheaper insurance but I have checked many and never found it any cheaper. I will always want my insurance to be with this company. Also, another awesome thing...they will tell you your options BUT they NEVER make you feel pressured into anything. I feel that is highly important with a company. I highly recommend them especially at this location because they are friendly....but also at other locations too. In Nashville I also had Alfa and they also had the best prices. They also were friendly but this location just makes you feel welcomed and not so much like you are at a business.

I've been an Alfa customer for several years. I've changed to another company at least once thinking I was getting better rates. However, I came back to Alfa, because I really wasn't saving money and Alfa has great customer service. Emily and Regina are awesome they make me feel like family when i go into the office.

I have had insurance with this office for many years and have always had quick and dependable service. In 22 years I had a claim on my roof for hail damage and a vehicle claim and they were very fast and got every thing taken care of very quickly.
