Had someone crash into me since june 8 (i was stopped in traffic, and a brown range rover slammed into the side of my car nearly flipping me and making me almost face the opposite direction), i had asked for assistance/help from my agency (Geico) to see when the other agency of the other driver would pay for damages (Progressive). This agency insisted i take the blame in order to get repairs done to my vehicle, i was mortified and disgusted because they wanted me to take blame for something i didn't cause while they other driver didn’t even get a slap on their wrist especially after lying there was a third vehicle involved. If you want to spend months playing telephone with other insurance agencies for a collision and never want to get reimbursed for damage done to your property, then this

Gieco is a Horrible company, Beware of ever "working with" this company. Don't let them record anything, what you say WILL be used against you!! Purchase Dashcams before it is too late! I had one of their subscribers blew a stop sign and hit me with the side of its car while it was rolling through the turn on two wheels and they somehow determined that it was "my fault". This is the kind of "adjusting" that causes the problems with our insurance system. People waste in time and money on obvious cause and effect.

I came here to this location as a last resort after all three of GEICO's phone numbers, App, and website were all down for a full 48 hours. All this place would do is give me the same number that kept me in hold for over an hour. After another half hour wait on-hold, I have given up. I just needed to change my policy to a new vehicle . Now GEICO is fired entirely. I am cancelling my policy and just starting a new one entirely with a GEICO rival. Great job, guys!
