Brian Brecklin - State Farm Insurance Agent

Really disappointed in State Farm. We have been with them for our insurance for several years; service has been good. We have filed zero claims and had zero incidents/tickets. Our auto insurance renewal went up to over $840 for 6mo(2 adult drivers)! They were just expecting me to auto-renew & gouge me with a $200+ 6mo increase. As a business, If you have a 30%+ price increase, you should be calling customers to explain why. I got comparable coverage quotes from both Progressive and Liberty Mutual for under $475! Upon calling to cancel, the representative tried scaring my wife into staying with them by saying “if you drop your auto plan your homeowners insurance is going to go up over $700”. The most unprofessional state farm facilities I have ever dealt with. I moved to a different state, while inquiring prior to my move. I was informed they would help me find another agent. That is far from what I was told. Stacie Rasmussen stated "You can find a local State Farm agent on your own". I wish you the best the luck with your clients.

Had a chance to speak with Brian after being a long time client of State Farm. My original agent has retired. I have worked with insurance professionals and their teams for 20+ years in other lines of insurance coverage and I could not have been more impressed than I have been in working with Brian and his team. HIs team is responsive, attentive and are to the point. They realize that we are all busy and they answer questions and provide information requested with as high of a level of professionalism as you will find in the industry.
