The worst experience with this insurance agency. The customer service is terrible, and when I tried to cancel the policy, they put up many obstacles, so I called the company directly. They also charge an extra $20 for each change I make to my policy, and if I'm late with my payment, the agency charges an extra $10. I've never been charged extra for these issues at any other agency. Stay away from them.
