Bobby has been my agent for almost 30 years and so I was disappointed at having to seek another agent. Customer service is everything and being there when your client needs you is essential. My husband is happy with them. Not sure that we've ever had to file a claim, but we pay the bill every month and don't have any problems there. I added our teenage driver in Dec. We were given the option to have her amount come directly from her own account. We are 5 months in and her monthly amount has changed at least 3 times. Her autodraft has been cancelled twice for no reason. She is then billed an additional $3 service fee for a paper bill. I'm looking for quotes from other companies today since they can't even get back to me until monday.
