Bob Robinson - State Farm Insurance Agent

My advice: follow up to ensure what you asked for was completed as he failed to add a vehicle to my coverage after telling me he had done so. I purchased a new vehicle. I texted him the day I purchased it (a Saturday) and then I called him the following Monday during business hours as I hadn't heard back. We spoke on the phone about adding the new car to my policy. Two weeks later when I received my coverage information in the mail I discovered he didn't ever add the vehicle--he only changed the coverage on my other vehicle. That was more than an oversight--it would have been catastrophic for me had anything happened. Needless to say, I have changed agents. The new agent confirmed that the new vehicle had never been added to my policy.

Words cannot describe my gratitude for the support I was given on my insurance planning. Bob listened and made suggestions that far surpassed my knowledge initially. He helped me be comfortable in making the decisions I did. Thank you!

Mr. Robinson has been my agent for quite sometime now. What sets him apart is his dedication to the people who insure with him, and how he looks out for you. Two examples are: 1. My homeowners insurance, I wasn't very savvy about this type of insurance back in 2009, it was my first home. The way he set up my insurance plan, was it covered the cost of inflation each year, so if something happened to my home, it's covered for the present value not just a set number. He went over having my electrical and gas lines covered, and the coverage is much better and affordable as opposed to doing it through the utility companies. I’ve been with Bob for over 5 or 6 years. They’re very professional. Extremely nice. He knows how to talk to you and help you come to the best coverage you need AND can afford. His staff are just as nice, funny, down to earth and sincere as Mr. Bob is. I’m glad my sister recommended him to me.
