Everyone at this branch is amazing!!! Especially Michelle and Dana!!! They truly go above and beyond for me and my family. They always make sure I understand my billing statement. They are very patient and understanding.

Had a cracked windshield. Called the office to determine the process to replace, Michelle asked a few questions, recommended a vendor, offered to contact the vendor to have the reach out to me....... at 4:30pm. Michelle then followed up in the morning to inquire if the vendor had indeed reached out..... they had...... This is SERVICE!!! The State Farm agent I worked with-Michelle, had quoted me last week on a new auto policy. I had shopped around to see what insurance would be the most financially feasible for me, but I had kept State Farm in the back of my mind due to the decent monthly payment. When I called back today, I again spoke to Michelle, and she was kind, efficient, understandable, and sympathetic to my current personal situation and kept the quote price exactly as she had quoted me last week.
