The worst insurance company!! I’ve been dealing with my claim since last year September 2023 I have sent emails numerous times on documents they say they need! When you call they say they received it and nothing is needed and then it turns out that it’s not the information they need and make you wait an additional 45 days to submit more paper work. It is a huge run around. The customer representative all tell you something different. When you call to follow up thinking you have submitted what you needed. Well they HIT you again with another reason why you haven’t got paid. They say Never got the email, wrong document, although you’ve called and verified is everything submitted OK! And they SAY YES! They never mail or call you to explain more info is needed. Your’e waiting 45 and nothing!

I have had the exact same experience. In September 2019, my son broke his arm at school. To date, even though I have submitted all the detailed bills, receipts and explanation of benefits, they have paid out absolutely nothing. I have made repeated attempts over the past 3 months to move things forward to no avail. I have let our school know and will be contacting our attorney soon.

My son was injured at a school basketball practice in November and ended up having to have surgery, we have had to pay @ 3 thousand dollars out of pocket and dealing with this company is very difficult. I originally sent them every bill, receipt, health insurance document that I have received. Today I receive a letter regarding my claim for 986.00 asking that I send them all the paperwork already submitted. I'm not sure where the difference between 3K and 986 came from so I have tried again to contact them directly with no success. I realize that due to Covid 19 it has been difficult to work but it would be nice if you could get a hold of someone over the telephone. Total waste of time. Lisa Crupi is not very customer service friendly. This claim is from January 18, 2023. Lisa has passed the buck for almost 4 months. Do better! I've also reached out to her supervisor Gail. Ridiculous

It has been over a year dealing with this company. They do not respond. They do not follow up. They will not tell you what they are missing to complete the payments. I can say they paid 1 bill to the ER. But the vast majority is still delinquent.
