A year after my son's injury at school and they still don't want to pay... everything is so bad with them that they don't even answer the phone

I sent in all my paperwork as requested and have gotten NO information on my claim. I really believe this is a scam. I intend to file necessary grievances with my school and consumer affairs. Ridiculous. You cannot blame this on the current stay at home situation. I am able to do my job just fine even with stay at home orders. I would absolutely not recommend this.

Guys please be careful of this insurance, I was a student athlete and this was my schools insurance. Still having to deal with bills from my injury 12 months after everything took place, they aren't covering bills I was told they were going to cover. I've even tried petitioning to my school to change insurances, probably the cheapest insurance they could find and for a reason.

I don't even want to give this place a one star. It is the worst ever. My claim was handle by Jennifer who does not do her job. She keeps requesting information from me and the providers over and over. I asked to speak to a manager and she ignored my requested multiple times. I would not requesting this place to anyone. All you get is the run arounds and bills are not paid.
