Completely unreliable. Denies medications that are potentially life saving. Sorinex needs to drop them. Pick literally any other insurance.

I have had a very good experience with their customer service in trying to sort out hospital bills after giving birth. I always call them before the hospital because they are so much more helpful, and they have contacted the hospital on my behalf. When promised follow up, I received it.

Had A RX policy that went from $27 to $77 a month. Had no idea until they sent a bill after the enrollment period was over. When I called they said they sent me a letter before enrollment, of course I never received. Their course of action was to file a grievance with themselves. To which I received a form letter saying they sent me a letter, again that I never received. And by the way the form letter had a grammatical error. So every time I have called them in the last 5 years they always ask for my phone # to verify it was me. So i asked the question why don't you text me or email me important info. The response I got was that it was medical info and they could not text or email that kind of medical info, Really that my premium was going to triple. Crappy company. Last year they get a di

I am writing this in hopes Blue Choice will see it and actually do something to help my problem. I have been trying to cancel my policy since January. I told them in October 2015 I did not want coverage for 2016, but was not informed I had to call the marketplace to cancel since the policy was through them. Come January I received a bill, called to straighten it out where I was informed I had to call the marketplace, so I did. Still received a bill in February. Called Blue Choice again and they said it takes billing 30 days to catch up but that I did not owe anything. Still received ANOTHER bill in March. Called AGAIN and was told I needed to call marketplace because they hadn't received notice of cancellation. I AM STILL RECEIVING A BILL FOR $700 WORTH OF PREMIUMS for a policy I cancelled

We had to call customer service and we spoke to Lucinda. Lucinda was AMAZING! If I could give her 10 Stars and a TIP I would have. She was kind, helpful and responsive. If Blue Choice reads this Lucinda spoke to us today 6/29/2023 @ 2:40pm. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
