I just called to explore the purchase of a plan for my daughter and after having a very painful first contact screening experience where I had to repeat the information several times to have it captured, I was transferred to a "specialist" who asked me the same questions and then hung up on me intentionally when I politely asked if the information that I already provided would be transferred so I didn't need to repeat it. Very frustrating and insulting.

Terrible experience from a company that cares nothing about the patient and only wants your money. The only responsive customer service rep was the one who called to get feedback on my dismal experience trying over and over again to get scans approved. Do not do business with this inept organization.

Worst insurance I've ever had. Now been seeing Dr for 2 months for my hand having issues. Dr ordered an MRI. And insurance said xray first. Did xray. Then they said physical therapy first. Been doing physical therapy fpr a month no change. So still haven't gotten an MRI. I've had a torn ligament in the other hand and it's what it feels like. But the only way they will see it is with an MRI. Insurance is controlling my treatment not Dr's. Im sure the person pushing the keyboard denying my treatment isn't a Dr. Sad world we live in.

Customer service sucks because 1) they are not english speakers 2) unable to help without excessive delays. I hung up on them after 30min of incompetence.

BC/BS of MT sends its calls through a call center in the Philippines and you are denied the opportunity to ever speak with a human being who can help you. it is a corrupt, bait-and-switch operation designed to ensure you never speak to anyone qualified to help you. In addition, to spending an hour and a half on the phone being shuttled to different numbers, one representative had a rooster crowing in the immediate background so I could not hear her. BC/BS takes your money but never provides the service it sold to you. It is a company renowned for never paying legitimate claims, then making it impossible to speak with anyone to actually resolve complaints or inquiries. Just like UHC, Aetna and Cigna, the industry engages in corrupt practices and has NO intention of fulfilling its legal
