Sara Straw that works in the office is absolutely amazing! We've switched and bundled our insurance to bring it all under Allstate and she has been so incredible every step of the way! We've had numerous questions and without fail she has answered them quickly, has been very patient and kind!!! Greatly appreciate the level of service!!

Rory and his team are very dedicated to their clients and they always go the extra mile to get things right even when corporate decisions drag down the process. They devise plans, they figure out options and they get things done at the best price possible for the client.

Very bizarre experience with this agent. My prior agent referred me to Rory, who was enthusiastic and helpful at first. He told me he would get me a quote and coverage in a few days and he didn’t get back to me. After a couple weeks I called his office on two different occasions and the person I spoke to said Rory would get back to me. A couple days later I tried his personal cell he once provided me and he would not respond to texts or return my calls, as he had before. I ended up seeking out a different agent. Not exactly professional, thorough, or respectful behavior from Rory and his office. I’ve never had an issue with any previous Allstate agent so this was very disappointing.

Rory is always available to help or explane my questions hes very flexible with walk in questions.
