Had insurance with these guys for a year. Then, even with a perfect driving record, rate more than doubled for no reason. I asked why, they said they would look into it, even the owner himself, then got ignored. Found a new rate for $333.00 ! Through Progressive and they sent a cancel letter to Blossom. After this happened, then they finally called me back but by then I was all done with them. I said a letter was sent to them by Progressive. They said they never got it but now they knew VERBALLY, and over a month later now, I just received a bill. The owner himself even stated he would cancel it right away so I wouldn't receive another bill from Traveler's, and yet I got another one. Also, the employees who I have dealt with are not worthy of serving fries at McDonald's! Would NOT recommen

Randy has been very helpful and accommodating in my search for business insurance for a retail space. He was patient and listened to specific things that were needed. I recommend this agency based on being thorough , professional and by obtaining his clients requests without unnecessary extras.
