I really hate leaving bad reviews but wanted to warn others of the sketchy practices of this company. They have been overcharging and strong arming my mother for years, convincing her to buy double home coverages. Now when we step in and try to help her trying to cancel this policy because we found her a cheaper policy, this company is refusing to let her cancel. Shame on you! Do not use their services. We are going to be seeking legal action if we cant get this policy cancelled.
