Great service, great people! Cheryl was instrumental in helping me close on my first home. She reached out on my behalf (multiple times) to make sure mortgage officer received all the insurance paperwork needed for a smooth closing. Really made the process less stressful.

After years of business my car insurance gets dropped due to not at fault accidents (the main one was a city plow hitting our legally parked vehicle and being told repeatedly it won’t affect any thing). Then to top it off after several calls I never even received a return call. Needless to say I am pulling all of my personal and business accounts. Don’t waste your time with Erie Insurance because they will drop you the first chance they get.

Everyone is extremely warm and welcoming. Kevin is truly the best! He’s super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the industry. I’ve had so many wonderful interactions with the team there and I really appreciate how every time I talk with them or visit the office I’m treated like family.
