Billy Upton - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recently had a flat tire and called the State Farm's Roadside Assistance number on my insurance card. I was amazed how quick and easy it was to get help. When I filed the claim, I received a text from State Farm letting me know I also had coverage in my policy for a Lyft ride. From the time I first contacted State Farm to when I arrived home was less than 45 minutes, with no out-of-pocket expense. State Farm made it so easy and hassle-free. I could not have asked for an easier process. Thank you, Billy Upton, for representing such a great company!

Yall really need to read the 1 star reviews. You dont want to find out theyre only a good neighbor if you never have a claim. The minute you like one, they weasel theor way out of responsibilities. Why pay for insurance that wont cover you if you file a claim. Auto. Yes, home.....nope

Unfortunately, underwriting couldn’t insure me anymore but I was a customer for 7 years and always loved Mrs. Diane. She was very helpful and knowledgeable anytime I ever needed anything. It was out of their control that my policy was cancelled, and I’m super upset because I know I probably won’t find agents as honest as them. Even the person who generally answered the phones was absolutely the sweetest woman. I will miss them.
