I visited Hermes Insurance seeking a quote for commercial insurance. The staff was inattentive and dismissive from the start. They took my name and number, promising to call me the next day, but I never received a follow-up. I couldn’t help but notice a shift in their attitude when they realized I was Hispanic—they became noticeably less friendly. This lack of professionalism and potential bias left a bad impression. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for insurance needs. .
