We were long time, happy customers of Bidlake Agency when we left purely for financial reasons. Be careful what you wish for. Although our newer insurance company was a lower cost, customer service was poor at best. We're now back with Bidlake Agency again where we have great coverage at a competitive rate. Our new agent, Barb Donahue, is a gem.

I had a really negative experience I want to share. I've been doing business with the Bidlake Agency for over 15 years. I moved to a new address almost a year ago and went in to update my address. A few months later I get a call from Bidlake saying my account has been canceled due to none payment, so I go in to pay the bill and get my insurance reinstated. I find out that the mailing address is not correct, so I updated the information for a second time and pay the balance. Out of sight out of mind I guess, a few days ago I received a packet from Bidlake Agency with returned bills. Again bills never delivered to my current address. So naturally I swing by the office to rectify the situation and very much to my surprise I'm greeted by the owner (John Bidlake) and he does not even say hi or

Bidlake was so nice. Got everything set up and saved us money.
