Worst customer service ever! This lady is extremely rude and bossy, no attitude to be in an office setting. Very disappointing. I could bearly understand what she was telling me. She was throwing papers at me, my glasses where in the way as she slammed the papers on the counter. No customer service whatsoever, she needs proper training. I got a gut feeling as soon as I sat down. I rather take my services else where.

Lady at the window didn’t want to renew my registration and wouldn’t explain why or tell me what was wrong with my form. She told me I couldn’t go to the DMV either but I went anyway and they accepted my form without any issues. This place would be more useful as an empty lot.

Quick, friendly and efficient MVD services. I was able to renew my registration and change my personalized license plate with no issues, compared to having to go through DMV. Personnel was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly; will continue to come here for my motor vehicle needs.
