Best Buy Insurance

We've been with Best Buy for well over 20 years and can honestly say that Hans and Michelle are some of the best folks in the world to work with. They do a GREAT job of shopping our insurance needs around yearly to find the best rates and work hard to explain the differences between policies and which will work best for us. We recently moved out of Colorado one of the hardest things about leaving was knowing that these folks won't be able to help us in our new state. Do yourself a favor and let them help you. I have been a customer of Hans since coming to Colorado in 1995. I was a single mom moving to Colorado & starting over at age 44. Hans came to our house in Castle Rock after I put my name in a pool of insurance providers. He made us laugh & was very professional in his presentation of then Farmers Insurance. I became his customer that day & have stayed with him all these years. He has always been available when there was a need & always looked out for me & my 2 daughters best insurance coverage. Great agency. They have my back. Robbery and roof claims in the last 4 years, helped me every step of the way. Recently got a new car, they re-shopped coverage for me when they thought I could be paying less. THAT is exactly what you should expect out of an independent insurance agent.

Ripped off about prices they still owe me money never got refunded back don't do it you will be charged for agent fees
