Do not get commercial insurance from them. They will screw you over, over charge you, and be almost impossible to get in contact with. DO NOT USE.

Please avoid this insurance at all costs. They’re scam. I’m surprise in America this type of thing is happening. They modify my policy without notifying me. It was $620down and $200 a month. And this scam insurance raised it to $1400 a month without notifying me. And I called to cancel right away before my next due date. But this insurance lied and said I never called them to cancel. My mistake was not recording the phone call. Then they billed me $3,112doll the follow month. And I called them and told them hey I thought I canceled. As I’m not okay with you guys policy. They lied and said I never called to canceled. Then I told them. Go ahead and cancel right away. Then said I’ll be getting a refund of 2,300 back even tho I already canceled before the due date.

What a scam? Beware guys, I have been with this company for 3 years paying $700 a month for my car, never had any accident all that time, a month ago someone was drunk, didn’t stop on the stop sign and hit my car, I filed a claim with them with all information for that driver since then I didn’t get back from them, I always call the guy that they assigned to handle my claim, but he never answers the phone and when he does, he tells me your claim will be the next one up, don’t worry, full month now and no progress at all.. if I can give them less than one star I’ll do.

Attention Berkshire Hathaway Homestate insurance Criminals, thank you for allowing me to pay you insurance premiums for my gametruck trailers for one year, and then denying major hail claims based on the fact that YOU put the incorrect VIN info on the policy for the trailers. No refund, no adjuster even sent out. Absolutely nothing from you yet you took thousands of dollars in insurance premiums. I assure you that you will not hear the end of this. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with.

This company WILL NOT FILE your claim. We had trailer interchange claim with their insured and Brian just haven't filed it. He advised not to call there and not to bother them anymore. We haven't processed law suit just because of this claim being not the expensive one. However....
