This company and the adjusters will not have your businesses back. You can provide them with as much ammo as you want on false claims, they will just pay out 26-50k and settle claims cause it’s “cheaper” for them rather than fight.. then jack your exmod and rates up, so essentially YOUR company is paying for fraudulent claims. They also won’t tell you when they settle. Then, I had legit claims, they wouldn’t get back to my employee and eventually had to pay them extra for not doing their job timely. Case manager stopped taking my calls and sending my weekly checks while I was still out of work injured. Can't get in contact with anyone to rectify situation. The text option says to text "easy" to 76659. No response. Definitely NOT easy!

I ha e been hurt and out of work going on 20 weeks without compensation check for disability to work. They have paid all my medical bill and have paid for physical therapy but I've lost my house and had to move in with my parents (+2 kids and wife.) My mother has had to foot the bill in being sued for breaking my lease agreement. My mother had to take over my car payments. My case manager Zach Hayden has lied and ducked his duty to start my compensation payments. The policy states that after your claim is accepted you should receive a paymentwithin 10 business days that's was 17 weeks ago.

Same problem as I see reported already . Wish I would have read the reviews. They were recommended through the policy center. I came up for an audit and turned in all required paperwork and then received a bill for over 8000.00$. I never went over my payroll premium and they said the audit revealed I spent double what was actually spent . I’m in the audit dispute process now but I will be finding a new insurance company immediately!
