I've never wanted the option for a zero star review more. I have been trying to get in touch with them for 2 weeks to clear up an issue, due to a "glitch in their system," and am now not eligible for insurance I have been paying for. Over the two weeks, I requested multiple call backs and sent multiple emails, and only heard back once. Every person I spoke with told me something different, and none of them seemed to know that the eligibility rules for my organization had changed. I have never been so frustrated with a company, and very much regret switching to this insurance. They are costing me actual money due to their technical issues and the fact that I can't do anything about it is ludicrous.

Impossible to reach anyone via phone calls. The wait time is 60min + If you have a question about claims its a joke to call them. It just forces you to go to their office. The staff in the office is not better. Conflicting information and really uneducated, untrained staff. The worst costumer service.

Very incompetent people. Don’t have a clue on how to enroll clients. Should not take 2 months after paying 2 premiums and still no prescription information. Ridiculous!!!

Really awful to work with. Maybe they are understaffed, but every time I call it is a 45 minute hold and reps give conflicting information. Trying to get claims information is a joke, trying to get paid is even worse.

Multiple calls and messages have yet to be returned call and was put on hold for an hour with no reasoning. The expected wait time was 2 minutes.
